Community Access Program

Technical Assistance to Implement ADA & Disability Related Regulations

The Community Access Program provides technical assistance to peers, businesses, and state and local governments toward understanding and implementing the accessibility regulations in the Americans with Disabilities Act. We provide training on rights and responsibilities under the ADA and support in resolving or forwarding violation complaints to the proper entity to resolve. VCIL is Vermont’s ADA technical assistance and training provider through funding from the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living and Rehabilitation Research.

For more information about the ADA, visit the New England ADA Center's website.
