Vermonters join VCIL in celebrating the 18th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act

Jim Douglas, and his wife, Dorothy, were among dozens of attendees at VCIL's ADA Celebration July 26 on the Statehouse lawn. In the foreground is VCIL Executive Director Deborah Lisi-Baker. The disability rights organization was marking the 18th anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
