As Veteran’s Day draws near, we are trying to use this holiday to raise awareness about pain issues within the populations of wounded military service personnel and veterans. In order to do this, we need to gather some information about pain from these groups. If you are a member of the military or a veteran and have pain, could you please complete this new survey? It will take you only a couple of minutes and there are no gimmicks; we just need information so we can better understand the needs. The more data we can gather, the better we can understand the problem and express it to the public.
Complete the survey at the PainFoundation.org survey page before October 31, 2006. All surveys will be kept confidential. Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. Thank you for your assistance with this. No one wants pain, and the more we work together, the more likely we’ll be successful in stopping the unnecessary suffering from undertreated pain in America.
